CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
By making a booking and/or payment for a driving lesson with EPIC L DRIVING SCHOOL you are agreeing to our cancellation policies.
The cancellation and no-show policy are as follows:
I require as much notice as possible to re-book a cancelled driving lesson booking. Preferably 24 – 48 hours notice.
Cancellation of a booking within 24 hours has a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the lesson.
Cancellation (or no show) of a booking within 12 hours has a cancellation fee of the full price of the lesson.
Please appreciate this is how I make a living. Driving lessons are in high demand and I try to fit everybody in and so time slots are in huge demand and can be often limited. By making a booking you are putting a time slot aside for a professional driving lesson with me in a driving vehicle that has dual controls for you only. By cancelling at the last minute, it makes it near impossible to re-book that time slot. I hope you appreciate this as I have a passion for this profession and put an enormous amount of skills, knowledge and energy into every lesson it needs to pay off in the end.
Other conditions include:
That you attend the driving lesson on time
That you have your driving license
That you are not intoxicated. Or on any other drugs. If you are, the lesson cannot proceed and will be charged in full.
That you will obey all traffic regulations and laws
That you always follow instructions
